  •  ISA calls through market/campaign twice.

  • ISA calls leaves message, then calls immediately again often times a second call will result in a pickup

  • ISA follows up immediately with a text message

  •  ISA follows up with an email sent to all emails on record.

  • Ground Game communicates daily with ISAs to both motivate and also make sure we are catching all warm leads for escalated followup

Jump on Leads, Escalation/Handoff, Nurture

  •  ISA does basic qualification during calls then sets up appointments for your team

  • Your team takes lead and moves toward close.

  • If needs nurturing then we determine cadence of ISA followup.
