ISA calls through market/campaign twice.
ISA calls leaves message, then calls immediately again often times a second call will result in a pickup
ISA follows up immediately with a text message
ISA follows up with an email sent to all emails on record.
Ground Game communicates daily with ISAs to both motivate and also make sure we are catching all warm leads for escalated followup
Jump on Leads, Escalation/Handoff, Nurture
ISA does basic qualification during calls then sets up appointments for your team
Your team takes lead and moves toward close.
If needs nurturing then we determine cadence of ISA followup.
