What a real 90-day ramp plan looks like

Week-by-week: what your new team should be doing, and what you should be seeing from them.

A ramp plan is a promise about visibility. Here is the one we run.

Weeks 1–2: Certification

Product, ICP, objection handling, and systems certification. The rep records mock calls daily and does not touch a live list until they pass.

Weeks 3–4: Supervised volume

Live dials on a warm segment with a manager listening. The goal is not meetings — it is call quality and CRM hygiene.

Weeks 5–8: Full volume

Full dial and email targets. Weekly call reviews, pipeline inspection, and the first coaching plan tuned to the rep's individual gaps.

Weeks 9–12: Accountability

The rep carries a full number. You get a weekly scorecard: activity, conversion at each stage, and a clear read on whether the seat is working.

If a hire is not going to work, this plan tells you by week six — not week twenty.
